Sunshine Vista Serviced Apartment consists of 131 units which are 29 Studios, 8 Executive Studios, 5 Family Suites and 89 Superior rooms. All rooms' rest rooms have separated bathtubs and shower rooms. All rooms are equipped with standard hotel's facilities and have in room electronic safes. For Studios, Executive Studios, and Family Suites, all units have kitchen area equipped with kitchen utensils including electronic stoves, hoods, sink, microwave and larger size refrigerators. Studios and Executive Studios also have dining area with dining tables and chairs while family suites' living rooms consist of living area, dining are with dining tables and chairs, and kitchen area.
There are 2 superior rooms on the second floors which is specifically designed for handicapped guests with wheel chairs. Also, there is the ramp in front of the apartment to be used for the handicap and also one restroom in the lobby for the handicap.
