The Royal Cliff Sports&Fitness Club boasts some of the best fitness equipment on the Easttern Sea Board in the well Equipped fitness centre . There are four categories of fitness euipment: cardiovascular, strength-building, free weights and a 5-priece modular system.
The cross-trainers, life cycles and treadmills all have easy to read digital consoles, adjustable terrain and heart rate monitoring systems for either fat-burning or cardio-training, so monitoring one's progress from day is simple and can even be recorded into a personal data record held by the Royal Cliff Sports & Fitness Club staff.
Working out at the Royal Cliff Sports & Fitness Club couldn't be more satisfying with a view of the swimming pools and the surrounding foliage as well as Royal Cliff Bay in the distance. Whilst working out , guests and the members can also tune into their favourite cable channels.
Aerobics Studio
The bright and airy aerobics studio at the Royal Cliff Sports & Fitness Club is the palce where guests can get that extra bit of endurance and stamina training. Trained instructors are on-hand to guide and assist every step of the way.
Saunas, Steam Rooms and Massage Rooms
After laength workout, guests can relex in either the sauna or the steam room. Or they can simply lay back and enjoy a message to rejuvenate tired muscles from one of the Royal Cliff Sports & Fitness Club's highly-rained therapists.
Swimming Pools
The beautiful setting of the Royal Cliff Sports & Fitness Club' s 2 free-form swimming pools is the unlikely to be found elsewhere. There are in-pool jacuzzis, waterfalls and a swim-up bar which serves delicious cocktails and other favourites throughout the day. There also two children's pools.
Tennis Courts
The Royal Cliff Sports & Fitness Club offers one of the best tennis facility in Pattaya with six floodlit hard - surface tennis courts and two knock-ball courts. There is also an eqiupment rental services as well as on-site tennis pro to help guests improve their game or sinmple to stand in as a playing partner.

Visited in July 2002. This hotel is magnificient in every aspect. Impecable service (friendly and professional), superior accommodation and recreation facilities. Everything a five star resort ought to be. Will be back in 2003. Must congratulate management and staff for providing an overall execeptional experience
