I spent 2 nites in this hotel in Dec 02 & i did not enjoy my stay. There were many things that were faulty in my room. The lock of the door was not working. When i called up house keeping, someone pick up the phone & raised his voice at me & he hanged up the phone. I have to make several calls before my request is finally answered. I waited half an hour for someone just to come & fix my door. International channels on the TV was also not working. Toilet flush was faulty too. Perhaps they have few staffs for such a big property. Location is also far away from main activities.

This was one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen! I was treated to a weekend (2/8/02) at your hotel while in Thailand on business,and it was a beautiful experience not to be forgotten. The views, the staff and the overall exotic atmosphere were all 5 STAR!!!
